Colchester, Costco Hits Record, Raising over $95K for UVM Children’s Hospital!

The Colchester, VT Costco Warehouse has had yet another record-breaking Children’s Miracle Network campaign this year, raising an incredible total of $95,213.42 for UVM Children’s Hospital! To have such a dedicated and caring partner in this team reminds us how lucky we are to know that our community is just as committed as we are to ensuring that our patients at UVM Children’s receive the best care possible, and it could not have been done without their astounding efforts! 

Miracles were made yet another year as Dr. Lewis First, Chief of Pediatrics at UVM Children’s Hospital and pediatric pulmonologist, Dr. Keith Robinson spent a Saturday celebrating the Costco team and their members for helping this amazing team during rush hour (as if every hour isn’t rush hour at this store!) 

This campaign was also a bittersweet one, as it was Colchester Costco team member, Barb’s final one, as she plans her upcoming retirement this year. Barb has been the true definition of a champion for many Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals fundraising campaigns over the years. She is a staple at our local Costco and has always expressed earnest dedication to ensuring that our mission is made aware to every customer that rolls by her register. Thank you a million times over to Barb for your contagious thoughtfulness you put into this work and the countless hours you have spent changing kids’ health to change the future!
